The Svc was good 👍 and the Svc personal did a good job on Svc to my vehicle.

Body work was ok but check engine light was on because sensor in door that was replaced wasn't calibrated or reset

After 2 failed deals at other dealerships we found Russ Darrow. Usually you get to finance and regret coming in. But Russ Darrows finance department is easy and pressure free. I want to thank everyone at the dealership especially Kevante for making our car buying experience a pleasure. We will definitely be back in the future.

Everyone was really nice and welcoming. Our sales person Adrian (AJ) was really nice as well and very helpful. I highly recommend AJ in the management team. Finance went very fast.
The only thing I would say that was frustrating was that the car I originally went to see was not there. I had sent a prior email and apparently those responses are automatic. The service dept was efficient, and Mike (at the counter upon arrival) was friendly, and very helpful - He explained everything to me and they were able to get my car checked out in a timely manner! I was very happy that I brought my car here 😀

I got out of a financed vehicle into a lease. I had came into the dealership a few days prior to completing the lease. I had a lengthy discussion with Kenny in comparing the two. Well, the problem was fixed, which is great. But I had no idea it was going to cost $2,000, nor did the person (Megan) who checked me in. On top of that I was charged 3% more to use a credit card. No one advised me of that. I'm happy the car is fixed, but the bill!!!!! Incredible.


I don't know who Michael Reichert, maybe the finance guy? If so he was great. Nakia was awesome as well.

My problem is with employees not checking things on my van that should been and corrected .
2nd row seat headrest is broken will not stay up. Had i sat in back seat i would have noticed it. But they should of on their inspection process.
Wiper blades were both spit and should been replaced .
I was told to check my warranty but it is not included. When i noticed the headrest was broken after i got home.
My advice to anyone buying there to go over the vehicle.

The customer service is splendid! Kenny personally helped me work out the best financial terms for my purchase of a SUV. He broke down all of the criteria and terms of my purchase and I can say I left highly satusfied.

Had my first experience with Russ Darrow CDJR. Polite and knowledgeable staff. Made sure my Jeep was done by end of the day. Shuttle service and Multi-point inspection were nice perks.

Kenney was a very solid salesman. The rest of the dealership itself has some work to do. One of their finance people shuffled papers around for 45 minutes in front of us so that she didn't have to do the 15 minutes of work for a cash buyer between her "appointments." What should have been a 30 minute process turned into almost two hours.

Bought a jeep with my toddler in tow, during the night time & also during a snow storm. Everything seemed great, bought the car, drove it home. When I woke up in the morning I noticed a small dent that I didn't see when I looked at the car (again, night time and snowstorm). Super efficient. They had me out in an hour. They even had an area for kids to hang out which was a plus for me and my one year old.
